We are looking to hire two Background Screening Administrators within our team. As a Pre-Employment Screening Company, we carry out screening checks on behalf of our clients, to vet candidates before they start their new role.
We carry out checks such as employment history, criminal record, credit checks and many others. As part of this process, we are required to process and obtain various data / information relating to the candidates. This is often done under time pressure and requires a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and the ability to be highly organised when faced with a large volume of work, are essential.
This particular role is to work at the end of the process, by pulling all the information together and presenting it in a suitable way for our clients. You will be collating information from various sources, bringing it together into one place and then creating the final information pack to send to the client. This is a crucial role in the process and requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation.
It would be suitable for someone with previous experience of working to tight deadlines and who is used to processing large volumes of data on a daily basis. Full training will be given and we're looking for people for an immediate start.
