I came to coaching after a career in the social housing sector. I worked in a highly political and at times toxic environment. I’d recognised the different ways people reacted in the workplace to stress, pressure, management styles and outside influencers. It became a passion to explore this further and work out how best to operate myself so as to succeed and be happy. An Executive Coach is in an ideal position to question a client or team as to the issues that are holding them back, what are the challenges and then their goals and the level of motivation to reach their full potential. As an Executive/Life coach you are free of the emotion and have the level of detachment that gives objectivity. By working through coaching programmes you can fast track clients to their goals.
