Last week, I stood on the stage for the second time talking about something I think many websites quietly struggle with:
Not traffic.
Attention.
My talk was called:
“Why Visitors Vanish and How to Win Them Back.”
Because we spend so much time focusing on:
Rankings
Keywords
Visibility
Traffic growth
But what happens after people land on the website?
That’s where the real story begins.
One thing that really landed with the audience was this:
👉 SEO gets the click.
👉 CRO gets the conversion.
👉 But attention determines whether either works.
People don’t usually leave websites dramatically.
They leave quietly.
A moment of confusion.
A weak headline.
Too much effort.
No clear next step.
And just like that… they disappear.
So I shared my SEE Framework:
- Spot where attention fades
- Evaluate why it happens
- Enhance with small, strategic changes.
Because you don’t always need:
❌ More traffic
❌ Redesign
❌ more content
Sometimes you just need to fix the right missing piece.
Huge thank you to the team and everyone who came to the session, asked questions, connected afterwards, or continued the conversation online.
Still reflecting on the conversations that came out of it.
