It’s time to say goodbye

Yes, this Thursday is my last Bristol Business Focus networking meeting as group leader. The end of another chapter of my life.

Just one more left before I say goodbye

Our guest speaker today was Bethan Wright who shared with us ‘The 10 min guide to your marketing strategy’. Great presentation packed with lots of simple and easy to implement tips. There was even a debate over the benefits of using TikTok!

We also had Lavanyaa Rhaasa in the Business Focus hot seat for the first time. The team was definitely thinking outside the box and I can’t wait to hear how Penny is progressing with all the advice.

BREAKING NEWS

At today’s meeting, I announced that I have decided to step down as group leader of Bristol Business Focus Networking.

Sad news but it’s time to move on.

This is an amazing group because of the awesome individuals that show up and get involved. I will miss you all.

Our guest speaker today was Natalie King who shared with us ‘Confidence for introverts and extroverts’. We are definitely a mixed bag of individuals

Another amazing meeting this morning with lots of engagement on screen and in the chat.

Our guest speaker this week was Alasdair Johnston who talked to us about ‘Business Development, the missing bit between Marketing and Sales’. We had the benefit of Alasdair sharing his years of experience and lucky for us he gave us some simple top tips that we can use now. I especially liked his strap line suggestions.

Plus our business focus was all about goal setting. Celebrating our wins so far in 2022 as well as setting our goals for the next 6 weeks.

A community of like-minded business owners supporting each other by building great relationships and helping each other to progress their businesses.

Our guest speaker today was Juliet Owen-Nuttall who shared her story. A tale of ups, downs and great resilience. A real life account of how we can hold ourselves back, even if we don’t know it.

We also had Roberts in the Business Focus hot seat who is looking to scale the See No Bounds business in a timely manner. Lots of great advice from sharing the story of See No Bounds to encouraging member created content.
