It may seem a little counterintuitive when your business partly relies on instructions in relation to investigating accidents, however whilst out and about we regularly see dangerous and aggressive driving, and near misses relating to motor vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians. Over the last 10 months of reporting such incidents together with supporting evidence, in all 12 cases reported, the Police have confirmed a positive outcome in that the offending drivers received either a warning letter, a fixed penalty, or a prosecution, helping to improve road safety and prevent accidents.
