The latest guest for our Finding Your North Star Somerset Stories podcast season is Karl Tucker, Chair of Yeo Valley and the Great South West.

In this snippet, he talks about one of the biggest challenges he sees across the county - the inadequate preparation of 50% of our young people for the world of work.

Despite the size of this and the other challenges he identifies, he remains optimistic that there is the willingness and desire to make the Great South West a great place to locate, live, work, and operate from.
