One of the reasons I really enjoy Virtual Assisting, is how varied the tasks I perform can be! Each day is unique, interesting and involves problem solving and attention to detail to get the tasks done.

At the moment one of my biggest clients is an NDIS Support Coordinator, so I spent a lot of my time today supporting her with researching and booking in appointments for a number of her clients, as well as responding to prospective enquiries.

Another client is a wholefoods cafe, supporting them with getting their marketing material concise and reflecting their values, as well as some social media management.

I love this questions and I get it quite a lot. What does a VA actually do? The short answer is pretty simple, anything that is of benefit to you and your business that can be delegated remotely!

One of the reasons I love Virtual Assisting is the variety of tasks I get to perform throughout my days, from booking flights or hotels and managing appointment bookings, to data entry in a client CRM and website design. No task is too small and it's often those small repetitive tasks like responding to emails or customer queries that can really start giving you your work days back!
