Looking for a naturally energising and nourishing smoothie? We’ve got you. This go-to recipe is packed with essential nutrients to keep your energy balanced and body fuelled 🌱💪

Ingredients:
1 heaped tsp of BodyMe Super Greens
250ml oat milk (we love Plenish Organic)
1/2 banana
1/2 avocado
A handful of spinach
1 tbsp milled flax seeds
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes (optional)

Blend until smooth and enjoy.

Organic farming is a whole system approach that nurtures the soil, biodiversity and our planet.
