* Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles
* Diagnosing and resolving faults, in the workshop and on the road
* Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes
* Working to brand and safety standards at all times
* Maximising productivity through efficient use of workshop systems
* Taking part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training

Experience required:

* Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
* Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Main dealership experience is preferred but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Carry out MOT tests on class 4 vehicles in line with DVSA standards
* Conduct thorough inspections, accurately identifying defects and potential safety issues
* Complete all MOT documentation and reports promptly and to a high standard, maintaining the integrity of the scheme at all times
* Communicate clearly with our Service Advisors so they are able to explain test results and required repairs clearly to vehicle owners
* Maintain a clean and professional working environment in line with company and DVSA requirements

Requirements:

* You must have a valid MOT testing licence (minimum of class 4 accreditation) with DVSA and have an up-to-date annual training record and passed the assessment
* Proven experience in MOT testing with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance
* Excellent attention to detail and thorough understanding of vehicle testing procedures
* Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
* The ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a supportive team

* Liaising with contractors ensuring works are satisfactorily completed, invoicing
* Resolving all rent payment issues
* Confirming lease extensions, manage negotiations and agreements
* Carry out property visits and inspections

The person:

* Essential: At least 2 years' experience in Property Management within an estate agency environment
* Essential: Full driving license and own vehicle
* Student/HMO Property Management experience essential
* Thrive on keeping busy and enjoy working under pressure
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Great negotiation skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* An outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
* Demonstrate first class administrative skills
* Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise
* Customer facing experience
* An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants
