Hi folks people, and coaches and facilitators and those in business I have not mentioned - in your consultancy or business there comes a time when you have to stop and take stock of what your business expenses look like and how you can reduce them. Preparing for my tax self assessment prompted me to make this video. I hope these tips are helpful and if like them please do give us a like and share this short video. Thank you.

With so much emphasis on great success and big wins it is easy to get downhearted if you don’t meet certain goals in your business. It’s good to be ambitious but it can be discouraging if you don’t meet them.

Please don’t forget to value small positive results and accomplishments which are so important to make us happy, motivate us to keep going and build our self-confidence.

These serve as the underlying basis for those high, long-term targets we set for ourselves. So never make the mistake of ignoring these small, unplanned gains. Celebrate them to the maximum every day. So, what did you achieve last week that you would like to shout about? I would love to hear about it. ☺️😊👏🏾

We spend so much time during the day working. Be sure whatever you are doing is fulfilling and that you enjoy it. Seems pointless spending hours in a job that you hate. If we pursue a job we love, we invest in our own well being and if we have a strong belief in our capabilities it makes the job even more fulfilling. For me, I love working in the leadership and development space. I love supporting learning programmes and the executive coaches and facilitators who support them. There is another saying “choose a job you love and you will never work a day in your life”..do you agree?

Hello lovely..😀Looking forward to the weekend? Do take some time out over a cup of coffee to think about next week. What is the one BIG thing you need to do next week? What are your priorities for next week? Take some time out to plan the week ahead so that you will be super productive. Review your diary. Each day plan out your “must do” tasks and stick to them if at all possible. Yes I know, last minute things do crop up but try to ensure you stick to the plan.

“You have a choice in life. You can either live on-purpose, according to a plan you’ve set. Or you can live by accident, reacting to the demands of others.” Michael Hyatt
Have a lovely weekend 😄
