Iced latte season is well and truly here! Here’s the at-home recipe that actually works. ☀️

1. Pull two shots of espresso
2. Give them two minutes to cool
3. Fill a glass with ice
4. Pour the espresso over the ice
5. Top with cold oat milk
6. Add a pump of vanilla or caramel syrup if you want it

The trick is letting the espresso cool first. Pour it straight from the machine and you’ll melt the ice and dilute the whole drink.

Save this for the next warm day - and drop your go-to iced coffee order below. 👇

Eight years carbon neutral.

An independently verified commitment we renew every single year.

That covers our roasting, production, distribution - the full operation.

We measure what we emit, reduce what we can, and offset the rest through certified projects. Every year, without exception.

What does sustainability look like in your business right now? We’d genuinely love to hear. 👇

REMINDER: Descale your coffee machine!

Coffee machines need love too.

If you’re using a bean-to-cup machine at work or in a café, regular descaling keeps your coffee tasting fresh and your machine running smoothly.

✔️ Prevents limescale buildup
✔️ Protects internal parts
✔️ Improves consistency in taste

Not sure how often to do it?
Every 2-4 weeks for high-use machines is a good rule of thumb.

Why water temperature matters for your coffee...

Too hot, and you’ll burn the beans. Too cold, and the flavour falls flat.

💡 Ideal water temp? 92–96°C.

It’s the sweet spot that draws out complex flavours without bitterness.

Next time you brew, take a second to check your kettle. Your tastebuds will thank you.

Did you know higher altitude = better coffee?

At higher elevations, coffee cherries grow slower, creating denser beans and deeper, more complex flavours.

That’s why our Ethiopian and Colombian single origins taste so clean and vibrant.
⛰️ Grown high. Roasted right. Enjoyed fully.
