Every day, I see posts about the vibrant networking scene in Louth.
Business owners meet, share ideas and support each other.
The energy comes right through my LinkedIn feed.
It makes me think about Boston.
While we have some great groups like Women in Business, Mums in Business and the business college networking, they could be even better shared and attended.
Sometimes, these groups meet with just a handful of people - imagine the power of these networking sessions with fuller attendance.
From my years leading teams and projects, networking makes a massive difference.
Those conversations and connections help:
- Find solutions faster
- Learn from others' experiences
- Build relationships that lead to new opportunities
- Create partnerships that benefit every one involved
Boston's business community could thrive with more people utilising our existing networking opportunities and growing more.
Just imagine having the same buzz that Louth has, where business owners regularly connect and support each other.
What stops you from attending local networking events?
Is it the timing? The format? The location?
Please let me know what you think in the comments.
If you want to contribute to growing our local business community, send me a message. I'd love to explore how we could boost attendance at these valuable sessions.
PS: If you have yet to learn about these networking groups in Boston, that's another issue we need to address! Let's make sure everyone knows about the opportunities available.
