🚨 Important Update on High-Rise Building Safety! 🏒

Owners and managers of high-rise residential buildings, take note!

The deadline to register your building with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) is fast approaching. This initiative, a response to the tragic Grenfell fire, aims to enhance the safety standards of high-rise buildings in England.

πŸ”Ή Key Points:

- Buildings 18 metres tall or higher, or at least seven storeys tall, must be registered with BSR.
- Over 10,080 registrations have already begun.
- Failing to register by 1st October 2023 could result in significant sanctions, including prosecution.

For guidance on the registration process and more details, visit: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/applying-to-register-a-high-rise-residential-building

This guidance is for a principal accountable person, or someone authorised to act for them, who needs to register a high-rise residential building.
