A proper 3D viewer with solid, mesh, x-ray and section views, so you can inspect the part rather than squint at a thumbnail.

Automatic mesh repair on upload. Faulty triangles from a CAD export get cleaned up and you're told what was fixed.

Design warnings before you commit. If your wall is 0.78mm and PA12 wants a minimum of 1mm, you find out now rather than when the parts arrive.

Every option priced live. Process, material, grade, colour, infill, heat-set inserts. Dispatch dates come from our own production calendar, not a generic lead time.

Proud to have designed and 3D printed the trophies for the Cardiff Life Awards 2026 — held at the National Museum Cardiff last week. 🏆

Each award was printed using Multi Jet Fusion technology, then hand-finished with a metallic polish. The plaque is shaped like Cardiff itself — a nod to the city and the museum that hosted the night.

Raw vs. Dyed: The power of post-processing. ⚡️

While raw MJF (PA12) is known for its incredible strength and isotropic properties, the aesthetic finish is what takes a drone mockup from a "concept" to a "product."

We’re looking at a side-by-side of the same drone frame:

Raw: High-detail, matte gray, functional.

Dyed: Deep black finish, UV stable, and ready for the field.
