of acting for "both sides" has proved to be a powerful tool to help eliminate delays and maximise development potential for sites. She is passionate about progressive regeneration and the positive impacts it can have on the quality of work and living environments. CDF planning works closely with other professions in the industry and can offer a comprehensive package to help realise projects. This again simplifies the process by providing a one stop shop for the client, releasing valuable time to spend on other aspects of the development.
