Along with friends from , you can find me at National Trust’s Uppark House, Petersfield, for their “Handmade Christmas” event - Thursday to Sunday, 1-4 December, 10:30-4:00.

NEW workshops and courses starting this October: I will be running another "Beginners' Basketmaking Course" (series of 4 sessions Oct-Dec) for wannabe basketmakers. Plus various one and two-day workshops including "Introduction to Basketmaking" on 11 October; "Make a Basket in a Weekend" on 13/14 November; "Asymmetric Basket" on 21 November; and Xmas Decs on 26 and 28 November.

My last event of 2019 will be the IBM Hursley Christmas Fair on Sunday 8th December 11am - 2pm. Over 50 stalls, plus live music entertainment. It is held in Hursley House, the original grand house on the Hursley Estate, now part of IBM. Post Code SO21 2JN. Free entry and parking.

This is a lovely Christmas Fair on Saturday 16th Nov in the pretty village of Crawley, just outside Wi******er, in aid of various charities. Do come along if you need a bit of festive cheer!

Starting today, and running to Saturday only - a pop-up shop in Petersfield called "Herbert Hedley" selling a beautiful collection of handmade crafts, including some rather good baskets made by me and my basketmaking pal, Lou! If you're in the area, do call in - Lavant Street, Petersfield.

Get that Christmassy feeling this Saturday 17th November 10am - 4:30pm at the CHARITY GIFT FAIR at Crawley, near Wi******er and help a range of charities at the same time. I shall be there with my willow decorations, gifts, and baskets and I shall be supporting the RNIB.
