This morning's breakfast networking meeting sizzled in more ways than one - the ideas, the bacon, the weather... 💡🥓 🌞 What more could you want?!

This brilliant event starts in just a few hours! If you and your little people are at a loose end this evening, why not go along? You - and they - will love it!! 💃🕺👯‍♀️

My Parent and Child Discos are fast becoming my favourite events of the whole year! 🎉🕺💃
The next one is in the diary for Friday 8th May!

If you've never been before, let me paint you a picture: music that makes everyone want to move, a room full of laughter, children absolutely going for it on the dancefloor and parents rediscovering that they're actually rather good at this too.
Here's what I love most about these events. There's no performance pressure. No right or wrong way to do it. Just movement, music and joy - and that is genuinely one of the most powerful combinations there is for building a love of being active in children that lasts a lifetime.

Studies show that children who associate physical activity with fun and family are far more likely to stay active as they grow up. So yes, this is a disco but it's also quietly one of the best things you can do for your child's long-term health. Don't tell them though. Let them think it's just a brilliant party. 🎊
