Things we learnt in our BNI this week...

- Mike educated us on the importance of an elevator pitch (and what it actually is)
- That Mr Worldwide likes a good rave as much as a trip to South America!
- that our search for a physio has absolutely nothing to do with our Gino constantly injuring himself...

Kara Nicholls won the 60-second trophy this week with a fantastic pitch about the drop-in family clinic that Cullimore Dutton Solicitors Limited will be offering from this week and onwards.

And finally...

Megan Russell - Personal Estate Agent gave a brilliant 10-minute presentation on her estate agency and how in 2024, she achieved over asking price on 90% of her listed properties.

A huge welcome to our three latest members. Mark from Ifor Williams Tilhengere, Kara from Cullimore Dutton Solicitors Limited and Adam from Hadlow Edwards Wealth Management Ltd.

We welcome them open-armed into our chapter and they are already passing on referrals and doing a great job getting to know the current crop of members here at the Chester Bridge BNI.

This week, our chapter met with several visitors as part of the Golden Ticket campaign and we look forward to greeting more in the coming weeks.

Chapter president, Steve Kelsey delivered a great presentation on Crown Room Rentals and the perfect client he can work with.

We're looking to connect with more professionals in the area. In 2024, Chester Bridge BNI passed £600,000 of recorded business between 21 businesses in the room. We are looking to grow and do even more, so, if you're looking to get your name in a room where everyone becomes your sales agent, why not get in touch with our team?

Another successful meeting at our BNI Chester Bridge chapter. This week we had Dawn Forrester present GDA Surveys LTD, a family-run surveyor showing us the importance of carrying them out and just why they are a trusted surveyor with years of experience around the world.

A big congratulations to Matt Davenport for his award as notable networker for the month of December. Aside from being an accounting whizz for many a BNI member, he has gone above and beyond for the chapter and thoroughly deserves the award.

Congratulations to Gino De Blasio for winning the 60-second best presentation and helping us to discover that, The Malboro Man was a real life cowboy called, Darrell H. Winfield.

It was our first meeting after the Christmas break and yes, we spoke about the weather! Luckily, this week we had travel expert, Mark Briggs van Leeuwen give us ideas for our bucket-list destinations and even tailored escapes. 🏖🏔🏕⛩
