I see this quite a lot.

And more often than not, it comes down to:

• Too much sitting with one person

The good news is it’s usually fixable with a few small changes in the right places.

And when that happens, everything starts to feel a lot lighter. 😀

“I know I need to post more…” I hear this all the time.

And it’s not because people don’t care about their visibility…

It’s just that they’re too busy actually running their business.

I’ve been helping a cleaning company and a social care professional with their social media recently.

And the biggest difference?
It’s no longer something they have to think about.

Their content is now:
Consistent
On brand
Going out regularly

Without it sitting on their mental to-do list.

Because let’s be honest…
It’s not just the posting, it’s the thinking about it that takes time.

If social media keeps getting pushed down your list, you’re definitely not alone!

Running a business often looks quite simple from the outside…

But behind the scenes, there’s a lot going on.

I currently support a networking group and a business club with things like:

• Membership management
• New member onboarding
• Inbox and email handling
• Keeping directories up to date
• Website updates
• General organisation

None of it feels huge on its own…
But together? It becomes a full-time job.

And it usually ends up sitting with the owner or a busy committee.

That’s where things start to feel:
A bit messy
A bit reactive
A bit overwhelming

Once that side of things is properly organised, everything runs so much smoother.

More structure.
More consistency.
Less pressure.

And most importantly, more time to focus on growing things, not just maintaining them.
