They probably don’t understand your role. Harsh, but it’s true. Because if they did, you wouldn’t need 8.

You’d need 1 or 2. Maybe 3 max.

But instead, what happens?

Inbox full of profiles. A few “could be okay” conversations. Nothing actually lands.

And you’re back at square one a few weeks later.
