Park Corporate Finance Advises on The Management Buyout of Delice De France Limited From Aryzta AG

Jason Metcalf, managing director at Park Corporate Finance, advised the MBO team, which was led by Thierry Cacaly, during the negotiations with Aryzta, providing advice on the structure of the transaction and sourcing the finance. Working with Dominic Buch at Caple International, Park Corporate Finance secured an eight-year unsecured loan to fund the transaction. In addition, Park Corporate Finance worked with Scott Curley from RBS Invoice Finance to provide working capital facilities and Yvonne Miller from Lombard Asset Finance to provide leasing facilities. Legal advice was provided by Bristows LLP.

Park Corporate Finance Consultant Simon Meade OBE Helps Welcomes Red Arrows Hawk to Scotland’s National Museum Of Flight

A Red Arrows Hawk will be on permanent display at East Fortune from today, having been donated by the Ministry of Defence. Built in 1980, the jet was used as part of the squadron from 1985 until 2012. It joins Concorde in the museum’s hangar, and is the only aircraft of its kind on display in the UK.

The newly acquired Hawk was flown alongside the supersonic airliner as part of an air display at the opening of the Scottish Parliament on July 1 1999. And its pilot that day, Wing Commander Simon Meade, was on hand to welcome the aircraft to its new home.

Jason Metcalf Managing Director of Park Corporate Finance is delighted to announce that Debbie Clarke is joining Park Corporate Finance as a Consultant Corporate Finance Adviser.

Debbie has worked within M&A since 1996 and has a depth of experience having transacted a range of Management Buy Outs, debt fundraising, private equity fundraising, acquisitions and disposals for both corporate businesses and not for profit organisations.

For the past eighteen years she has specialised in advising UK SME’s and their shareholders on a range of corporate finance transactions. Debbie has built an extensive network throughout her career working with clients in a variety of industries including financial services, construction, technology, engineering, distribution, media, recruitment and hospitality.
Starting her career in investment banking with James Capel, Debbie moved into practice with Mazars, Chantrey Vellacott and most recently was head of M&A at Moore Stephens prior to setting up as a consultant.

Debbie is currently a non-executive director for the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments and Triathlon England allowing her to balance her love of finance and sport.
As a keen amateur athlete Debbie has competed for the GB Age Group Teams at both duathlon and triathlons and is a run leader for A Mile in Her Shoes which organises running fitness groups for women who may be vulnerable to homelessness.
