From earning my Personal Training qualification along side my sports massage course I feel I have a greater knowledge to offer different clients I work with whether it's personal training,
nutritional advice, strapping of sport injuries and aiding recovery with advice and support. I am also able to give deep tissue massage for pre and post events. I offer one to one personal training and also group training as well as outdoor running and mini PT sessions outside. Personal training sessions and group session can be done at Colburn Leisure Centre or outside depending on your goals. Whether you're losing weight, gaining muscle mass or maintaining size or sport related, I will work with you to reach your goals. I'm willing to help anyone who is looking for guidance, but also to help develop their knowledge. I'm also able to help aid you with sports injury, nutritional advice and guidance.
