From leaving school going to Darlington College studying different sports for more than 5 years now doing:

DCF- Development Coaching and Fitness L3
VTCT- sports injuries and management with sports massage L3

From earning my Personal Training qualification along side my sports massage course I feel I have a greater knowledge to offer different clients I work with whether it's personal training,

nutritional advice, strapping of sport injuries and aiding recovery with advice and support. I am also able to give deep tissue massage for pre and post events. I offer one to one personal training and also group training as well as outdoor running and mini PT sessions outside. Personal training sessions and group session can be done at Colburn Leisure Centre or outside depending on your goals. Whether you're losing weight, gaining muscle mass or maintaining size or sport related, I will work with you to reach your goals. I'm willing to help anyone who is looking for guidance, but also to help develop their knowledge. I'm also able to help aid you with sports injury, nutritional advice and guidance. Types of work I have done:

Runs with mini circuit training
Circuit training
Boot camp style training
Tyre work
HIIT style training for quick results

Not only that, I do my own challenges, such as my own modified 30 day squat challenge, 30 day body shred and much more...

Well, it’s that time!

As some will know from my classes or personal training, I will be moving away from the area and will no longer be training or taking classes at Colburn.

It’s been a privilege to meet you all. Thank you for trusting me to help with your fitness journey whether that was classes, sports massages, Pt or gym work. Thank you all 😊

I will be sad to leave you all.

If anyone still wants any advice, feel free to still get in touch and I will gladly still help, or if you just want to keep in touch feel free to message.

Hi everyone

Please note I will be away for most of August and September! This Thursday (3rd August) will be my last class this week.

I will then be back for the following classes:

15th August- Circuit training at Colburn
16th August - Hiit circuits at Liberty
17th August Hiit & core at Colburn

I will return 28th August - 4th September before I go off on my jollies. I'll be back on 16th September.

Tuesday's circuit training at Colburn will be covered whilst I'm away.

Personal training and sports massages will be on hold until further notice.
