Another great session helping the business grow.

This week, our new Contracts Manager, Mark, worked alongside our Assistant Contracts Manager, Reece, in a 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 session with 𝗖𝗚𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The session focused on Surveyor Voids processes and Maintenance Coordinator Voids processes, ensuring upcoming changes are fully understood and aligned with current procedures.

By reviewing and updating key ways of working, we can maintain consistency, improve efficiency, and ensure our teams are fully prepared for any operational changes ahead.

Another great training session with some great new additions to the Office Team.

This week, our new Office Administrators took part in 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 with 𝗖𝗚𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 as part of their onboarding.

The session covered how to create and update Purchase Orders, along with accurately recording engineers’ travel time and time on site, helping them build a strong foundation in key day-to-day tasks.

It’s great to see new team members developing their skills and confidence as they settle into their roles.

Supporting training like this ensures consistency across our processes and helps keep our operations running smoothly.

This week, our Team Leaders took part in 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝙉𝙤𝙣-𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 with 𝗖𝗚𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, focused on taking a more constructive, solutions-led approach.

The session covered practical ways to monitor performance and manage non-conformities, with an emphasis on open, supportive conversations and learning from issues to drive improvement.

It was great to see engagement throughout, with team leaders sharing experiences and approaches to support consistent standards and continuous improvement across the team.

This week, Natasha took part in 𝙑𝙤𝙞𝙙𝙨 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 with 𝗖𝗚𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 as she moves from the Reactive Works team into the Voids Planned Works team.

The session covered the key processes and tools involved in managing voids, helping her get to grips with how things work in her new role.

It’s great to see team members building new skills and gaining confidence as they move into different areas of the business.

Supporting development like this helps keep our teams strong and our services running smoothly.

Supporting the second group of Team Leaders

This week, half of our team leaders took part in 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 with 𝗖𝗚𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, exploring strategies to tackle the challenges of guiding high-performing teams.

The other half will be taking part next week.

They worked through real-world scenarios - covering communication gaps, conflict resolution, and time management - learning practical tactics to keep teams aligned, motivated, and productive.

The sessions also highlighted ways to manage change, boost engagement, and implement efficient processes, helping leaders feel confident while supporting their teams effectively.

By equipping leaders with these skills, we’re not just resolving challenges -we’re building stronger, more resilient teams and driving long-term success across the business!

Helping new starters to learn the ropes

This week, our new starters took part in 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 (PO) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 (VO) 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 with 𝘾𝙂𝙂 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜, learning the skills they need to hit the ground running.

They explored practical processes, key tools, and tips for handling PO’s and VO’s efficiently - building confidence from day one.

Broader onboarding support ensures they also understand how our ways of working streamline processes and make day-to-day tasks easier.

By developing skills early, we’re supporting success, building stronger teams, and helping the business thrive!

Team Leader development training 👍🏻

Today, our team leaders took part in 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 with 𝗖𝗚𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 to help them become even more successful managers.

The workshop covered practical tips, tools, and strategies for leading teams, supporting colleagues, and handling challenging situations with confidence.

Alongside this, we’ve refreshed training on our CRM and ways of working - streamlining processes to help new starters settle in quickly and giving existing team members a handy refresher too.

By investing in our leaders and simplifying how we work, we’re setting up stronger teams and even better results as the business continues to grow!

New year.... New Logo.
I have been busy the last 12 months supporting clients, helping them to new accreditations, win very lucrative tenders and gain thousands of pounds worth of grant funding.
I am now taking some time to update my website and services to incorporate the additional support I can offer to small to medium size businesses who want to grow. I support businesses who either just don't have the time or experience to do it themselves.
