This week, our new Contracts Manager, Mark, worked alongside our Assistant Contracts Manager, Reece, in a ๐™‹๐™ง๐™ค๐™˜๐™š๐™จ๐™จ ๐™๐™š๐™ซ๐™ž๐™š๐™ฌ ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™๐™ง๐™–๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ session with ๐—–๐—š๐—š ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜‚๐—น๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด.

The session focused on Surveyor Voids processes and Maintenance Coordinator Voids processes, ensuring upcoming changes are fully understood and aligned with current procedures.

By reviewing and updating key ways of working, we can maintain consistency, improve efficiency, and ensure our teams are fully prepared for any operational changes ahead.

This week, our new Office Administrators took part in ๐™Ž๐™ฎ๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™š๐™ข๐™จ ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™‹๐™ง๐™ค๐™˜๐™š๐™จ๐™จ ๐™๐™ง๐™–๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ with ๐—–๐—š๐—š ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜‚๐—น๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด as part of their onboarding.

The session covered how to create and update Purchase Orders, along with accurately recording engineersโ€™ travel time and time on site, helping them build a strong foundation in key day-to-day tasks.

Itโ€™s great to see new team members developing their skills and confidence as they settle into their roles.

This week, half of our team leaders took part in ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฝ ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜ ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€ with ๐—–๐—š๐—š ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜‚๐—น๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด, exploring strategies to tackle the challenges of guiding high-performing teams.

The other half will be taking part next week.

They worked through real-world scenarios - covering communication gaps, conflict resolution, and time management - learning practical tactics to keep teams aligned, motivated, and productive.

The sessions also highlighted ways to manage change, boost engagement, and implement efficient processes, helping leaders feel confident while supporting their teams effectively.

The workshop covered practical tips, tools, and strategies for leading teams, supporting colleagues, and handling challenging situations with confidence.

Alongside this, weโ€™ve refreshed training on our CRM and ways of working - streamlining processes to help new starters settle in quickly and giving existing team members a handy refresher too.
