A little thought from my couple of days in Windsor… 🌿

I came across a quote that reminded me that the virtual world isn’t the whole world.

As a PA/VA, so much of my day is spent behind a screen — emails, diaries, tasks and messages.

But sometimes you just need to close the laptop, put down the phone, go for a walk, look up at the clouds and let yourself dream. ☁️

Technology helps us do more, but stepping away helps us think.

A positive start to the day can make such a difference ✨

I started my morning with Pilates at Core 6, with the lovely Mia putting us through our paces. It was the perfect way to clear my head, recharge and get ready for the day ahead.

As a PA/VA, my role is all about staying organised, managing priorities and helping others stay focused on what matters most. I’ve found that taking time to reset and look after myself helps me bring more energy and focus into my work too.

A reminder that small habits can have a big impact both personally and professionally.

There’s something to be said for an old-school PA ✨

I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for the last 2 years, alongside many years of experience as a Personal Assistant, which means I’m able to offer both virtual and in-person support depending on what you need.

I provide the kind of help that keeps busy lives running smoothly, including:
• Diary and appointment management
• Lifestyle and holiday planning
• General admin and organisation
• Errands and day-to-day practical help
• A trusted, personal helping hand when life gets busy

If I can give you back a couple of hours each week by taking care of some of those mundane but necessary tasks, it allows you to focus on the more important things - whether that’s work, family, your business, or simply having a bit more time for yourself.

One of the benefits of working with a PA/VA is flexibility. You may only need support for a couple of hours a week, occasional help during busy periods, or more regular assistance - whatever works best for you.

For me, being an “old-school PA” means building trust, paying attention to the little details, and offering support with a personal touch, the sort of help that’s becoming harder to find these days.

GCSE exams start today and it feels a little different in our house this year, as my son is sitting his ☘️

Watching him prepare, stay organised and quietly take it all in his stride has reminded me so much of life as a PA/VA - managing priorities, staying calm under pressure and trusting the preparation you’ve put in along the way.

I’m so proud of how hard he’s worked already, and really grateful for the support and preparation his school has given the students throughout the last few years. It’s made such a difference in helping them feel ready for this next step.

2 years ago today I launched my VA/PA business 🤍

I didn’t really know what to expect at the time, but I knew I wanted to give it a go.

Going solo definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone, but it’s been such an important part of the journey.

I’m so grateful for the amazing people I’ve had the chance to work with along the way - your support and trust means everything.

I honestly can’t believe how far I’ve come, and I’m excited to keep growing ✨
