Job Opportunity: 3.5T Van Driver and Removals Porter
Fletcher Removals and Storage are looking for a reliable, professional and physically fit 3.5T Van Driver and Removals Porter to join our team.
We are a well established Coventry removals and storage company with a strong local reputation, proudly rated 5.0 on Google and 10/10 on Checkatrade.
The role includes driving, loading, unloading and helping customers with their move, so regular heavy lifting is involved. You’ll need to be friendly, presentable, punctual and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Over 25 for insurance purposes
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years
• Maximum 3 points
• Confident driving a large 3.5T Luton van
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Reliable, professional and customer focused
Pay and hours:
• £110 day rate
• Usually around 4 days per week
• Overtime available at £20 per hour
• Regular tips
• Most days start around 8:30am and aim to finish before 5pm
• Some days can finish much earlier, sometimes around 12:30pm
• Monday to Friday, with some Saturday overtime available
We are based on Broad Lane, Eastern Green, Coventry, CV5 7AX, so own transport is needed to get to our base.
The successful applicant may be able to start from next week on a trial basis.
