FRIDAY MANAGEMENT UPDATE 🐄💤

Well… we made it to Friday! 🙌

Unfortunately, management has not.
After another gruelling week at The Wee Print Shed, the boss has officially clocked out. 😴

It’s been tough, to be fair…
🐾 Several naps have been taken
🐾 Numerous snacks have been consumed
🐾 Staff have been supervised from a horizontal position
🐾 Absolutely no orders have been printed
🐾 Not a single parcel has been packed
🐾 And morale has been maintained through occasionally getting up and following Mum to the kitchen

Frankly, we’re not sure how he copes with the pressure.

Meanwhile, the only actual employee has been printing, pressing, packing, answering messages and generally funding management’s increasingly lavish lifestyle. 🙄🤣

I’d report him to HR…
But unfortunately, he’s also HR.

And OH MY DAYS, these turned out good 😍
Hot pink for the team, black for the goalkeeper, and a design brief that basically said:

🩷 Make it PINK
🐾 Add the paws
🐆 Add the panther
⚽ Make it football
😎 And give it a little attitude…

“STEALTH GOALS, HEISTING WINS” 😂🙌

Personalised names and numbers on the back, matching team details on the front, and of course Nick getting the black goalkeeper treatment — because apparently standing in goals wasn't enough, he needed to look dramatic while doing it too 😂

Another completely normal football kit has successfully NOT left The Wee Print Shed. ✔️🤣
Honestly, normal is overrated anyway.

And I LOVE how these have turned out! 😍 The full sprinkle front with the personalised doughnut numbers on the back just pulls the whole thing together perfectly.

This is exactly why I love doing these team tops — give me a slightly unhinged idea and I'll happily turn it into something you can actually wear 😂

Well… this was NOT part of the plan… 🥹💐

After a year of printing strips, hoodies, coats, names, numbers, logos, last-minute extras… and, of course, THE BLOODY TIES 👔😂

A week or so ago, I got to watch the Spitfires kids being presented with those very ties and their framed certificates… and then they completely caught me off guard by presenting me with these gorgeous flowers. 💐❤️

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it at all, and it absolutely got me right in the feels. 🥹 which is hard since I dont own feelings 🤣🤣

Thank you, Spitfires. It’s been an absolute pleasure being a little part of your first season and watching everything come together. ❤️🏈
And after tonight…

I suppose I can forgive you for the ties.
For now. 👀🤣

The 4 stages of this morning’s meeting… chaired by Stoick, CEO of Absolute Fluffery 🐄😂

1️⃣ Meeting begins:
“Right, Mum. Sit down. We need to discuss several serious issues. Mainly the completely unacceptable biscuit-to-Stoick ratio in this establishment.”

2️⃣ Five minutes later:
“Mum… I’m going to stop you there. That sounds suspiciously like a you problem. I suggest you sort your ship out.”

3️⃣ Ten minutes later:
“For fluff’s sake, Mum. I don’t know how many times I need to explain this. I’m starving, the sofa is mine, and anything left at mouth height legally belongs to me. Those are the company policies.”

4️⃣ Meeting adjourned:
“Right. I’ve heard quite enough of your shenanigans for one morning.”
Immediately falls asleep on company time. 😴

No minutes taken.
No problems resolved.
Management remains deeply dissatisfied.
Lunch has been brought forward to immediately.

Mum has now been placed on a performance improvement plan and advised to get her fluffing act together. 🤣🤣🤣

That slightly raised, smooth finish just hits different — especially on hats 😮‍💨🔥

Sometimes I get asked what we actually do at The Wee Print Shed…

And the answer is basically:

Yes. 😂

One minute we're printing clothing, next we're making business stickers, then promotional material, team stuff, event printing and whatever completely unrelated thing lands on the desk next.

No two days look remotely alike — and that's exactly how I like it. 😍

A very special little lady is getting a new bestie, so obviously she needed the wardrobe to match. 😍

Three different little outfits, all personalised with this gorgeous pup — and I genuinely cannot decide which one I love most.
This is exactly why I love doing the random, personal orders. You can walk in with an idea, a photo, a dog, a child, a mildly unhinged request… and we'll figure something out. 😂
