I think we can safely say, this chamber is requiring some tlc.

The customer was hearing noises behind the kitchen units and wall. This chamber is directly behind the problem area, on inspection, numerous holes found in the benching leading directly into the cavity behind. A shame the builder didn't think to sort it out when they did the extension.

The pop corn appears to have been pinched from a kitchen cupboard, perhaps the rat was planning to watch a film!

It's not just birds that make nests, the customer at this property was seeing rats on the decking and hearing scurrying under the deck.

Investigation revealed this rat nest, along with numerous rat runs.

A treatment plan is now in place.
