Here is something people put up with far too often....
You ring the agent selling the biggest asset you own, YOUR HOME, and you get a different voice every single time. Someone who does not know your name, has not read your file, and makes you explain your whole situation again from the start.

You are not a person to them, you are the next call in the queue.

It does not have to be like this. With a personal agent in RH10, the person who valued your home is the person who answers when you ring, negotiates your offer, and gets you through to key handover day. One person, the whole way, who knows exactly where your sale is up to before you have said a word.

You should never have to introduce yourself to your own agent.

Something shifted this summer. Asking prices across the UK dropped more than they usually do at this time of year, because buyers now have more choice than they have had in over a decade. So they walk straight past anything priced on hope instead of evidence.

Here is the reassuring part. Correctly priced homes are still selling. The market has not stopped, it has stopped tolerating fantasy. An honest, evidence led price in RH10 is not the timid option right now. It is the one that gets you moved while the wishful sellers watch their homes go stale.

Price it for the market you are in, not the one that you wish you were in.
