Congratulations Rossano Petrone on 10 years with Renew!

WOW... huge thank you for all of the hard work you have put in over those years. Your dedication and loyalty to the team is never taken for granted and I feel truly honoured that you have remained at Renew for this length of time. You have brought so many talents, knowledge and most importantly good humour... making the office a very fun place to be. Your English has improved since day 1 too 😂 ... sadly our Italian has not!

Whilst you have managed to escape the celebrations today by flying back home to Sicily, you know that we will get you when you return!!

Whilst I thought that we must be doing something right to keep our fabulous team together for so long, I realised from pulling together these goofy photos from over the years that you simply stayed for the chocolate and cake 🤣

To one of the most genuine, kind, caring and talented people I know - Rossano Petrone I am so lucky to call you a friend.

We are currently looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.

You will be working on a broad portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest level of detail is maintained. Within the role you will be given the freedom to express yourself but also have the support of our experienced, collaborative team of designers who will assist in developing your skills and broaden your knowledge.

Renew has a family feel, with a passionate team of talented individuals. Whilst we all have our unique specialisms, we work well together to deliver an impeccable service, so it's important that you are a team player and willing to help wherever you can.

Starting salary in the region of £18,000.

It's Mental Health Awareness week and here at Renew we're looking at each team member and what is important for their mental health at work, and we're starting with our Strategy Director, Michelle.

"As the leader of a great team, the responsibility of staff wellbeing falls squarely on my shoulders. We should not lose sight of the reason why those team members chose the career they did - a genuine passion for all that is creative.

It’s important not to sap the life out of that by pushing them to work ridiculous hours to meet deadlines or bill more hours to make the bottom line healthier. I believe that taking care of your team results in a strong commitment, a great team spirit, long-term staff retention and the desire and passion to always deliver the best work.

I think it's vital to recognise that each member of the team is unique, they have different needs from their work and life, have different interests and it's important not to use a ‘one size fits all' approach."
