“Goal setting involves the development of an action plan designed in order to motivate and guide a person or group toward a goal. Goals are more deliberate than desires and momentary intentions. Therefore, setting goals means that a person has committed thought, emotion, and behavior towards attaining the goal.”

Take this in and then read it again...

Goals are just nice thoughts and ideas without an action plan in place. In order for you to reach your goal it’s important to know the steps you are going to take in order to achieve it.

The key takeaway from above is to remember that reaching your goal requires a COMMITTED intention. Behaviours, patterns and habits must be formed as you embark on your journey.

With water making up 60% of the human body and 80% of muscle it’s very important we stay hydrated for the body to operate at peak performance.

Staying hydrated has many benefits such as:
Improved energy levels and brain function
Can assist in weight loss
Help to prevent headaches
Can relieve constipation

The general rule is to have 2-2.5L per day as a starting point. However this intake will increase depending on physical activity levels and other factors.

With this being said be water my friends and stay hydrated.
