With 7.5 years at The NWH Group, Michelle’s role is anything but ordinary. From boardroom presentations to muddy construction sites, she’s right at the heart of delivering waste solutions for major projects across the UK.

Michelle’s days are a blend of strategy, customer service, and problem-solving – no two are ever the same. You’ll find her:

💬 “Helping the customers with their waste challenges. They are not always easy to achieve but the thanks from the customer makes it all worthwhile. I also enjoying securing the new business customers. Knowing your hard work has paid off and you're going to be working closely with that customer to provide waste solutions on new projects is exciting.”

🌟 Meet the Team: Kevin Logue, Dundee Depot Manager at The NWH Group

🗓️What does a typical day look like for you?
“I get an early start and take it from there! I make sure all trucks and drivers are set up for the day, catch up with other managers to ensure we’re aligned in serving our customers, and I handle calls and emails from a wide range of clients. All in all, a busy day.”

🕐 How long have you been with The NWH Group?
“Nearly 10 years, all in, 20 years. I moved to The NWH Group as a driver and, with the support of Craig and Mark Williams, I’ve worked my way up to Depot Manager, something that was just a dream 10 years ago. The NWH group has given me the trust and training to make it a reality.”

🤔 What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about your job?
“I’m actively involved in completing SEPA reports for a few of our sites, a vital part of our company’s compliance setup.”

💬 Kevin summed it up saying:
