Hi everyone 🤍
Someone asked me the other day what I actually did and I stuttered and found it hard to put into a sentence what I do which is madness because I’ve been doing this now for nearly 4 years so it got me thinking what do I actually do daily , weekly & monthly for all my clients ….
Basically anything they need me to do , to make their life easier & to allow them to get on with what they are best at ✨
So who are my clients - I have -
A big hair salon that a look after 10 columns in, including 2 extremely busy stylists , and they also have their own brand hair extensions and a training academy.
Another hair salon with 3 busy columns ,
A hair stylist who is always booked way in advance,
A beautician who is booked on average 5 weeks in advance ,
An amazing marketing consultant ,
And last but definitely not least I help a sprinkler business as well.
🌟My days are very very varied although some of the tasks I do the same every single day.
I check everyone’s mails and emails that I manage (about 10 fb, Instagram and email accounts ) reply and schedule.
I send daily reminders about appointments.
Any sickness in the salons, I re schedule and make sure it runs smooth.
If the academy has courses booked in a liaise with the students before and after courses and organise the courses for them.
If my clients without diaries aren’t well I help reschedule meetings , contact their clients etc.
Any cancellations I re schedule the appts to ensure it runs ok.
Post on their social media any news we have, any avail we have etc.
Chase invoices, pay bills, pay wages for one of my clients, deal with HMRC.
Anything that comes in for my clients that they don’t have time to do they pass to me and I schedule time in my week to do it.
This is just a quick snapshot of what I do for people but hopefully it answers for some what I do for people 🤍🖤🤍
Feel genuinely so so lucky that this is my job and struggle to believe it’s been nearly 4 whole years I’ve been doing it for ✨✨✨
