Over the years working with different businesses in an operations capacity, one thing I’ve seen time and time again is how much easier things become when the right support is in place.

Running a business often means carrying a lot in your head. Decisions, emails, systems, quotes, follow-ups, planning… it never really stops.

Before I stepped into freelance life, I spent over 13 years in operations, working behind the scenes to keep everything running, especially when things got messy.

Here’s what that looked like:
📌 Quoting jobs worth thousands (sometimes millions)
📌 Coordinating service teams and scheduling work
📌 Creating and improving systems that actually stuck
📌 Managing client comms when tensions were rising
