It's Maternal Mental Health Week 💕 Nothing can prepare you for becoming a new mum and the toll it takes not only on your physical health but also on your mental health too.

✨It's ok to feel like it's harder than you thought it was going to be
💕It's ok to ask for time for yourself... Even if it's just a shower in peace and quiet for 20 minutes
✨It's ok to not find every moment of motherhood enjoyable... The sleep deprivation, the huge emotions of toddlers you have to navigate, the struggle of bedtime and getting them to actually fall asleep at a reasonable time ⏰
💕It's ok. I promise.

It gets easier.

In our classes we can have up to 15 mums, so that is 3 who may be struggling with motherhood... So if that's you please reach out, I guarantee you someone else is struggling too and I bet if we just support each other a little more or have a chat over a cuppa it might make the weight of motherhood a little easier 💕

What should you dress your baby in a during a heatwave? ☀️

When I had my little girl I found this sleep chart SO helpful that I actually had it printed out and next to her cot! 😂

This chart combined with her Gro Egg alleviated so much stress for me as I wasn't second guessing myself if she was too hot 🥵 or too cold 🥶

Save for later and hopefully this helps during such a warm week!
