After careful consideration, I have decided to close the business. I intend to keep the page active and retain all my materials with the hope of resuming operations once my child is attending school. At this time, wax melts are not a priority, as they are considered a luxury item. Given the current cost of living, I understand that individuals may be hesitant to purchase wax melts, as they are not a necessity, one's primary needs include shelter, food, clothing, and settled bills. I previously rebranded the business due to a significant slowdown in sales, to the extent that I could no longer afford the website expenses, which were then being covered personally. While the rebranding did offer some assistance, sales have unfortunately not improved. It is simply not feasible for a business to continue operating without product purchases. I have since embarked on a new endeavor and am hopeful for its success, as finding work that accommodates my husband's schedule as a stay-at-home mother has proven challenging, which is why I prefer to work from home. I understand that the launch day was initially set for May 31st, however, due to unforeseen supplier issues, it has been postponed, and I am still in the process of developing my page before the official launch. This is not the definitive end of The Luxury Melt Co rather it is a temporary farewell, and I anticipate returning after an extended break. The website has been closed, and the page is now inactive as I will no longer be posting updates.
