Firefighters and Police Officers went to rescue as they had been trained to do and lost their lives in doing so
So much changed that day and since

Dear Recruiters and Hiring Managers,

The saying "one size doesn't fit all" rings true, especially in the world of job postings.

Consider this: demanding in-office presence 3 days a week automatically limits the candidate pool geographically and excludes those unable to commute. Similarly, requiring a bachelor's degree discounts decades of practical on-the-job experience that could be just as valuable.

Asking for school exam results from 30 years ago may overlook seasoned professionals with proven track records. Your rigid requirements could be missing out on the perfect employee.

My advice? Embrace flexibility in location and criteria to find the ideal match for your team.
