at load! HOW DOES THE MINUTE TAKING SERVICES WORK? Mainly this is done remotely where I can attend virtually or the video/audio recordings of the meeting are sent to me to write the minutes from, format and send back to you. HOW DOES THE TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES WORK? You send me the recording, I transcribe and send back to you. HOW DOES THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES WORK:
There are three different types of admin services:
1. Projects under 7 hours- this would be for a small, one-off project that I can do for you, payable at completion.
2. Larger projects over 7 hours- this would be for larger projects which would take longer than a day's work (7 hours) where a 25% deposit would be payable at the start and then the rest paid at completion WITH A 15% DISCOUNT
3. On-going projects- this is facilitated with the Retainer Scheme and are for jobs that need doing every week or month that you would rather outsource. Retainer hours are flexible to suit your business needs (such as 10 hours per month) which is payable in one month in advance. This comes WITH A 25% INTRODUCTORY DISCOUNT. Quotes available on request, as is a Proposal with this option to fully outline how these hours will be used to help your business. WHAT TYPE OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DO YOU OFFER? Custom Designed Documents: Slides, PDFs, Reports, newsletters, help with formatting dissertations, CVs, personalised cards etc
Archiving: Data entry, archiving, transferring paper into digital copies, typing
Small Business Set-up: Logo design and creating letterheads, invoices, brochures, leaflets, flyers, business cards, email marketing form of newsletters
On-going: Regular newsletters, reconciling receipts, dealing with invoices, or in-depth research and arranging things (tasks/repairs/issues/follow-ups)
