Carers are not just ordinaries workers, they are healers Carers do far more than just complete tasks or follow routines. Whether they’re supporting someone physically, emotionally, or mentally, they often become a steady presence in moments when people feel most vulnerable. That kind of support can absolutely feel like healing, even if it’s not “medical” in the traditional sense.

At the same time, it’s worth remembering that carers are also workers who deserve proper recognition, fair pay, rest, and boundaries.
