Insects to Feed the World 2026 brought together the global insect farming community to explore the innovations, technologies, and partnerships shaping the future of sustainable protein production 🪰🌍

From Black Soldier Fly farming and genetics to waste valorisation, feed innovation, automation, and industry scale-up, the event highlighted just how rapidly the sector is evolving 👏

It was fantastic to connect with producers, researchers, technology providers, and industry stakeholders from around the world, all working towards a more sustainable and circular food system. The event provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the growing role of genetics in delivering predictable, scalable, and commercially viable BSF production. The level of engagement and interest from attendees reinforced the industry's momentum and the increasing recognition that genetics will be a key driver of future growth.
