We know this time of year can feel lonely for some and staying socially connected really matters. That’s why Outreach Together will be open until 2pm on Christmas Eve, with all Christmas Eve slots offered free to our existing service users as a small thank you.

We currently have a few slots available, whether you’re looking for one-off help or ongoing service.

If you're an unpaid carer who needs a bit of breathing space or you’d simply like to share some of the everyday tasks involved in supporting a loved one, we’re here to help.

Outreach Together offers:
-Companionship and conversation
-Support with errands and shopping
-Light household help
-Gentle outings or appointments
-Sitting / company visits while you take a break

Even something as simple as grabbing a cuppa and a friendly chat can make a huge difference, especially if it gives you time to attend your own appointments, rest or recharge.
