Women to Women brings female founders and investor-curious women into the same room to learn side by side, ask questions and understand investment from both perspectives.

AccelerateHER and Investing Women Angels are bringing The Angel Round to the Barclays Campus as part of Glasgow Tech Week, hosted by Elizabeth Pirrie, CEO and Owner of AccelerateHER.

The AccelerateHER Pathways Pledge Report 2026 is here.

When we joined the first Pathways Pledge cohort in February 2024, it challenged us to ask a simple but important question:

More than £1.6 million raised.
45% of investor participants have become angel investors.

That’s the impact of the Women to Women (W2W) Programme so far!

Applications for the 2026 Cohort 4 are now open and close on the 27th of July 2026.

Delivered by AccelerateHER and Investing Women Angels, W2W brings together female founders preparing to raise investment and women who are curious about angel investing.

It is a practical, peer-powered programme where both sides of the investment table learn together.

For founders, it offers direct insight into what investors are looking for, as well as access to experienced founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.

For investor-curious women, it provides a welcoming introduction to angel investing, helping demystify the process and explore what becoming an investor could look like in practice.

As Lucy Henderson, Chair of Investing Women Angels, puts it:
“Women don’t need permission. They need education, support and a network to invest in others.”

With just 20 places available, we’re looking for a balanced cohort of founders and investor-curious women who are ready to learn, connect and contribute to Scotland’s growing investment ecosystem.

“It helped me recognise our strengths, understand where the greatest opportunities were and make more informed decisions about the way forward.”

That was one of Susi Miller's reflections after taking part in the Barclays Eagle Labs Female Founder Accelerator, powered by AccelerateHER.

When Susi, founder of eLaHub Ltd, joined the programme, she already had a strong belief in her business, brand and offer. What she was looking for was a supportive environment that would help her build confidence and articulate that value more clearly.

Like many founders, she was navigating the challenge of moving from a purpose-led specialist consultancy to a more scalable business, without losing the quality, values and impact that made it successful in the first place.

Through the programme, she gained clarity, focus and a more strategic perspective on the business.

"The biggest takeaway was realising how much I had already achieved and how much potential there was to build on that."

For Susi, that boost became a turning point, helping her clarify eLaHub Ltd’s direction, growth plans, and future opportunities.

And when asked whether she would recommend the programme to other female founders, her answer was simple:
