I did a thing!! 👻🍁 More photos and info to come soon but I have officially launched my shelf at St Neots Craft Shelf! I am so excited about this project but I am also running on very little sleep 😅 Please come and take a gander - I have some surprise crystal bags (no peeking!), a cute ghost trinket dish (not gonna lie I wanted to keep him!, mini ritual bags with crystals and yogic practices and *drum roll* my Samhain Ritual Boxes. Hello everyone! Cycle day 7 here and I’m almost on the last hour of a 7.5 hour coach journey home. I’ve had a busy week touring Manchester with my NEW JOB 🧡🧡🧡 and then spent a week with my mom in the Lake District. WFH and then hikes in the afternoon. I’ve noticed my bleed can be more painful as I’m not taking my ADHD meds anymore (I think they were the cause of horrendous acid reflux) and a side effect was that they helped with pain. However myself and my mom noticed my moods were a lot more stable and I think that’s largely to do with the work I’ve been putting in with tracking my cycles and making life changes: a huge one of which is a job that I really enjoy and feel a great sense of purpose in. Just some musings and I’d love to know where you are in your cycle, if you feel like sharing in the comments below 🧡🍀 I’ve been enjoying time away from socials but if you miss me then check out my podcast and my YouTube channel 😘😘

Been sorting through a load of photos as I’m off work due to some kind of allergic reaction 🥹 May 2022 - cold water swim (after running for like an hour to reach the darn sea!) 🌊 and clotted cream with ice cream 🍦🥰 This was the day Juju asked me loads of w’s about cycles and the seed was planted for (what is now) our Podcast: Free Flow 🥰🧡 🌱
