Good Afternoon Private Landlords or Potential Landlords,

The Government has committed to look at a long term trajectory to improve the energy performance standards of privately rented homes in England and Wales, with the aim for as many of them as possible to be upgraded to EPC Band C by 2030.
And they are talking about the EPC only being valid for 3 years.
At the moment a Band E is a legal requirement for rented properties and when issued is valid for 10 years.

Therefore,if you have one due to expire soon or need one for a new rental property then please contact me and make the most of the 10 year validity.
