Something a bit different today, customer wanted his door number to stick out. He had the numbers already and he wanted to keep them. So fabricated a box for them to sit in with an ip rated led strip to light up the numbers at night. Used a 20mm photocell mounted in the gate cabinet. Customer is pleased, so am I 😁

Shows how the safety edges work hardly touches me and backs off straight away ready for the obstruction to be cleared and re triggered to close

Gate finished tonight, set to open stop close stop. Then the videx timer will close the gate at 6pm every night once offices have cleared out. Safety edges all round for compliance, gate also has amperometric technology for even more safety. Detection loop in the ground to pick up cars on the inside of the gate incase the gate starts to close and someone is waiting in the wrong place. Was a hard install this one but happy with the result.

Some of the cables in the photo of the cabinet are not mine 😆 temp cables for the site security system installed by others!!

Another gate job started today, cabinet in brackets welded on and cables run. Burnt my finger through welding gloves tho but after a little cry I powered thru 🤣

Pedestrian gate install yesterday and today, access control via stand alone keypad each side of the gate and external maglock, also camera fitted to cover gate in and out, working with Infinity Safe and Secure
