J&J Drake is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Office Junior to join our team.

No previous office experience? That's absolutely fine! 🙌

We are looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. We will provide the training and help you build valuable skills for your future career.

💻 What will you be doing?

You will be helping with the day-to-day running of our busy office, including:

📞 Answering telephone calls
📧 Responding to emails
🗂️ Filing and organising paperwork
⌨️ Data entry and updating systems
🖨️ Printing, scanning and general admin
🤝 Helping customers and colleagues
📋 Supporting the wider team with everyday tasks

⭐ What we are looking for:

✔️ Friendly and approachable
✔️ Reliable and hardworking
✔️ Organised and willing to learn
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Comfortable using a computer — or keen to learn
✔️ A positive attitude
✔️ Someone who is not afraid to get stuck in!

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to learn and develop. Previous office experience is not essential.
