Today, our Service Manager at Together Home Care had the pleasure of meeting with Minister Andrew from Canvey Island Baptist Church. Canvey Island Baptist Church

It was a lovely opportunity to talk about how Together Home Care can become more involved in the local community, working together to support those who may be experiencing loneliness, isolation or simply need a little extra companionship.

At Together Home Care, we believe that meaningful connections can make a real difference to someone’s day. We’re passionate about helping people remain independent, connected and supported within their own communities.

💜 A lovely morning at Kings Park Residents Club! 💜

We had a wonderful morning at Terry’s Carers and Cared-for Support and Well-being Group, enjoying plenty of laughter, friendly conversation and a little healthy competition with the games! 🎲😊

Today was the group’s activity morning, held on the second Friday of every month, bringing people together for games, activities, friendship and companionship.

It’s such a lovely group, offering a welcoming and supportive space for people living with dementia or other long-term conditions, as well as their families and carers.

At Together Home Care, we know just how important meaningful connections are. Sometimes it’s the simplest things, like sharing a laugh, playing a game or enjoying a cuppa together, that make the biggest difference. 💜

A big thank you to Terry and everyone at Kings Park for another lovely morning!

We had a wonderful morning at Terry’s Carers and Cared-for Support and Well-being Group, enjoying plenty of laughter, friendly conversation and a little healthy competition with the games! 🎲😊

Today was the group’s activity morning, held on the second Friday of every month, bringing people together for games, activities, friendship and companionship.

✨ What a fantastic day at H.O.M.E Hub Benfleet! ✨

On Saturday, the Together Home Care team had a brilliant time at the H.O.M.E Hub Benfleet event, meeting so many wonderful people from across our local community.

It was a great opportunity to talk about what we do at Together Home Care and how our companionship and home-help services can help people remain independent, connected and enjoying life in their own homes.

We also had the pleasure of meeting The Mayor of Castle Point, Councillor Kate Knott, and her Consort, Councillor John Knott. It was lovely to meet them and tell them more about Together Home Care, the importance of meaningful companionship and the work we do to support people living with dementia and their families.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall for a chat and to find out more about our services. We had such a lovely day and really enjoyed being part of another fantastic local community event.
