3-hour drive ahead and I can’t sit that long without keeping my brain busy.. So Kindle and headphones at the ready, with some brown noise to help me concentrate 🎧📖

I don’t shout about having ADHD, but I’m not shy about it either. And yes, I need noise to read… just a certain kind of noise! 🙈

Meanwhile, Alex gets to listen to TalkSPORT while he drives… now that would send me to sleep! 💤
