The Mid Devon Landlords Networking event was excellent.

This was my second year attending, and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. The event provided a wealth of up-to-date information, a wide range of professional exhibitors, and the opportunity to engage with a friendly group of fellow landlords. The refreshments, including tea, coffee, and pizza at the end, were also very much appreciated.

I am grateful for the opportunity to attend such a well-organised event, particularly as it was offered free of charge.

Hello everyone!

We are currently seeking a reliable multi-trade individual or team to assist with maintenance and refurbishment works across our growing property portfolio.

The scope of works will include ongoing maintenance tasks such as:
• Bathroom and kitchen silicone works
• Basic plumbing repairs and installations
• Boxing in waste pipes
• General property maintenance

In addition, we require support with larger refurbishment and improvement projects, including:
• Bathroom refurbishments
• Kitchen refurbishments
• Garage conversions
• External rendering
• Garden and landscaping works

We are looking to build a long-term working relationship with dependable professionals who can deliver quality workmanship and good communication.

We enjoyed another excellent evening with our group of property entrepreneurs.

The event featured insightful and professional discussions, with attendees sharing knowledge and experience, asking thoughtful questions, and offering valuable professional advice. Everyone benefited greatly from the friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Above all, we never lose sight of the importance of the human element. Encouragement, support, and motivation were also an important part of the evening.
