But how wonderful is it when a group of us gets together on a Wednesday evening simply to enjoy great company, delicious Indian food, and a relaxed evening together?

A huge thank you to Joy for inviting us and bringing everyone together. It was such a lovely evening, surrounded by great people and, of course, fantastic Indian food.

🏠 What an amazing evening at Property Chats Exeter!

A huge thank you to Kevin Wright, founder of Recycle Your Cash and creator of the Ninja Investor Programme, for joining us in person and spending the evening with our Property Chats community.

Kevin wasn’t there as a speaker — he came along to meet people, network, share experiences and have genuine conversations with property investors and professionals.

With his extensive experience in property and property finance, it was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to connect with him personally, ask questions, exchange ideas and simply enjoy an evening of great conversations.

What a fantastic evening we had yesterday! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came along. The room was full of energy, great conversations, and new connections. It really showed that it’s not about the size of the event—it’s about the quality of the people in the room!

A special thank you to Simon for bringing Joy along—it was a pleasure to meet you, Joy.

It was also great to meet you, Daniel. I really enjoyed hearing about you and your business, and I was surprised by how much we have in common. I’d love to continue our conversation about refurbishment and refinance projects.
