On Sunday 30th October at 2am the clocks go back…
To some of you this won’t matter and you will just continue with your child’s normal routine…
For some families, you know this will disrupt your child’s routine/sleep pattern so you may want to make some changes prier to Sunday.
Gradually move your child’s bedtime back by 15 minutes each day, 4 or 5 days before the clocks change.
You could also slightly change your child’s nap times if you’re worried they’re going to be sensitive to this change.
You can also put your little one to bed 30 minutes later the night before the clocks change and keep them in bed 30 minutes longer the following morning.
