I’m working with at Surrey Hills Butchers in Oxshott producing a range of side dishes to accompany their amazing meat.
The dishes will change day by day working as seasonally as possible.
We currently have
*Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables marinated in Garlic and Herbs.
*Tenderstem Broccoli with an Almond & Honey Pesto.
*Maple & Rosemary Carrots & Parsnips.
*Champ Mash with Mature Cheddar Cheese.
*Potato & Red Onion Gratin with a Grain Mustard Cream.
They serve 2 people and are priced at £5 each. Plenty for everyone and they make life easy for Mum!!

Burns night dinner for last night. Traditional flavours with a twist.... Confit lamb shoulder & haggis bread pudding,wild mushroom & truffle. Smoked Haddock, pickled egg yolk & baked potato veloute.
